His post came hours after fashion entrepreneur, Toyin Lawani, took to her IG page to throw shade at a housemate in the BBNaija Lockdown who she claimed to have dated her baby daddy, Lord Triggs.

   Oluwayemisi Mafe, a victim of spousal abuse, has detailed how her wedding day turned out to be a sad day for her as it heralded years of abuse that left her feeling so alone and led to her mother’s death.   The marketing communications consultant said she married her husband after two years of courtship, so she thought she knew him well. However, she realized on her wedding day that she was wrong when he showed her another side of him.   Speaking on Life Lessons with Betty Irabor, Yemisi revealed that shortly after they got married, the physical abuse started. Kadiri grew up playing soccer on the streets of his hometown, Benin City in Nigeria, where playing soccer served as both fun and distraction from daily life. Former Nigerian international, Musa Nosa Kadiri, has passed away at the age of 53 in New York. A source said Kadiri, ex- Flying Eagles star, went into a coma after falling from his apartment which caused bleeding in the brain. Another source said, “I’m surprised because I saw him Saturday or Sunday. We were going over some business he wanted to be done, and he looked fine. “He had lost a bit of weight due to being hospitalized two weeks earlier. One dead, three injured after scaffolding collapse in Manhattan

A hardhat died and at least three other people were hurt in a chain-reaction accident Thursday at a Manhattan building undergoing facade repair work, authorities said. Disaster struck at about 4:20 p.m. as a section of parapet fell from a 12-story condo building on E. 36th St. near Lexington Ave. in Murray Hill, said officials. Debris from the parapet collapse slammed into a rig that held two construction workers who were making repairs to the facade near the building’s 11th floor, said Randy Kronish, a building resident. “It sounded like something bad happened,” said Kronish, who was in his 11th-floor apartment when the incident happened. “The carriage [rig] was right by my window... The workers could see right inside,” Kronish said. 7 members of a family die of food poisoning in Zamfara, husband runs mad

  A food poisoning incident at  Auki village of Bungudu Local Government Area of Zamfara State has left 7 members of the same family, consisting of five children and two housewives, dead.    It was further learnt that the husband of the late woman, Mallam Hassan lawali also developed a psychiatric disorder after eating food prepared with corn on Tuesday night.    An eyewitness told Nigerian Tribune; “After they ate the food, they started to develop stomach pains, three died instantly while four people were taken to General Hospital, Bungudu where they were also pronounced dead”. While the Doctor on duty confirmed that the members of the family died of food poisoning, it was also gathered that Mallam Hassan could neither speak nor eat.

Young female politician, Ndi Kato releases graphic photos and names of her kinsmen who were murdered in Kafanchan

di Kato, a 30-year-old female politician, has cried out on Twitter after her clansmen were murdered in their homes by bandits.   For months, Kato has joined others on Twitter in condemning the southern Kaduna killings. Unfortunately, the killers eventually got to her home town and massacred some of her family members.   Refusing to let them be just statistics, Kato decided to publish their names and age on Twitter.  One of the victims is a 4-year-old. She also shared graphic photos and videos of the deceased and aftermath of the attack on her family members and kinsmen in Kafanchan.  Kafanchan is a mainly Christian-dominated town in the southern part of Kaduna State.   The killings in Southern Kaduna has been going on for months now and Nigerians have condemned the state government for not taking adequate actions to curtail the killings in southern Kaduna.
