APC and ADC supporters clash in Ondo state (photos)

 

Supporters of the All Progressives Congress and those of the African Democratic Congress engaged in a violent clash in the Yaba area of Ondo town, Ondo State on Thursday evening, August 20.

 

Several party faithful were injured while several cars were destroyed in the crash.

 

The incident came a few hours before the local government elections in the state. The cause of the fight is yet to be ascertained. Police say normalcy has been restored to the area and efforts are being made to arrest those behind the violent attacks.
