A Nigerian man identified as Dehkunle on Twitter has sparked a debate on the platform after he claimed that Jeff Bezos is not the richest man in the world.

This comes after Jeff Bezos added $13 billion to his net worth in just a day. Bezos’s fortune has been swelled by Amazon’s soaraway share price

Dehkunle is of the opinion that they are many billionaires in Onitsha who are richer than Jeff Bezos.

“There are many billionaires in Onitsha main market that are richer than Bezos.” he tweeted.



However, some people claimed that his stance is false while others tried to breakdown the financial possibility of his claim being a reality.

The Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria has revealed how leader of the Department of State Services at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, Safiyanu Abba, deliberately obstructed security process and slapped an officer of Aviation Security. FAAN in a tweet on Wednesday accused Abba of breaching the security procedure by obstructing the thorough searching of a visitor, who was said to have walked through the metal detector, forcing the alarm to go off. EFCC re-arrests Mompha over fresh charge

  Internet celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha aka Mompha, who is facing money laundering charges before the Federal High Court, has been re-arrested by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC.   Punch reports that Mompha was re-arrested last Friday, August 14 when he went to the EFCC office in Ikoyi, Lagos to reclaim his five wristwatches, one Apple Air pod, one iPhone 8 mobile phone and a pair of sunglasses, seized from him by the anti-graft agency last October.   However, following an application by his lawyer, Gboyega Oyewole (SAN), Justice Mohammed Liman had on July 24 ordered the EFCC to release the items to Mompha.   The judge ruled that since the items were not listed as exhibits in the money laundering charges filed against Mompha, the EFCC had no justification to continue to hold onto them.
