Shaheen Mackey, an inmate held at Luzerne County Correctional Facility in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, died in custody in 2018 but footage of his death has just been released and it has caused outrage.

 

The footage was leaked this week by the husband of a woman who is the administrator of Mackey’s estate.

 

The video shows that Mackey suffered from an epileptic seizure only to be met with a brutal response that his family argues caused his death.

 

Sharing the video to Instagram Attorney Crump called for justice, writing: "Shaheen Mackey was held at Luzerne County Correctional Facility for 4 hours when he had a seizure and needed medical attention. Staff covered his face with a spit mask, cuffed his hands behind his back, and shackled his feet. But that wasn't enough... they then tased him and held the mask tight against his face, making it impossible to breathe. This graphic video shows Shaheen’s last moments with at least 10 people watching him die. And by the time officers realize he’s dead, it’s already too late… Absolutely sickening."

Gal Pissetzky, the legal representative of suspected Internet fraudster, Ramon Abass, aka Hushpuppi, has said the suspect is on his way to California, United States of America, for trial. He told The PUNCH on Wednesday night that Hushpuppi had not been released as being speculated in some quarters. Pissetzky, a Chicago lawyer, also noted that he was still his lawyer. “He has not been released and I am still his lawyer. He is on his way to California. Not everything you see on court documents is accurate. “Just because the jail record says ‘released’ does not mean he has been released. He is being transferred to California,” he told the PUNCH correspondent on the phone. Hushpuppi is facing trial for alleged Internet fraud.

Man Accused Of Using Coronavirus Relief Funds To Buy $318k Lamborghini

A Florida man has been accused of fraudulently obtaining nearly $4 million from the Paycheck Protection Program and using part of the money to buy a $318,000 Lamborghini. The man, David T. Hines, 29, of Miami, was arrested Friday July 24 and charged with one count of bank fraud, one count of making false statements to a financial institution and one count of engaging in transactions in unlawful proceeds, the Department of Justice said in a news release. Federal agents seized the car, valued at $318,000, and $3.4 million from his bank accounts when he was arrested, the Justice Department said. The criminal complaint against Hines was unsealed on Monday July 27, upon his initial appearance before U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge John J. O’Sullivan in the Southern District of Florida. The complaint alleges that Hines sought approximately $13.5 million in PPP loans through applications on behalf of several companies, the DOJ news release said.   The Russian powerlifting champion fractured both of his knees while attempting to squat 400kg (880lb).    Defending champion Alexander Sedykh was competing in the World Raw Powerlifting Federation (WRPF) European Championships near Moscow when the terrifying incident occurred.   In the shocking video, Sedykh's legs can be seen shaking after holding the weight on his shoulders. A Nigerian doctor, Urey, who just passed out from National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, on Thursday, July 16th, has died. According to report, Urey who was a 2019 Batch B stream 2 corper, was involved in a fatal accident at Onne, Rivers state, on her way returning back home.   US President, Donald Trump has said he will pardon someone who is “very, very important” on Tuesday, August 18.   Trump made the announcement on Monday night, August 17, while speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One.
