The newborn coincidentally arrived on the birthday of their first son, who was turning 5. Segun Ogungbe is married to two best friends, Atinuke and Wunmi Ajiboye, who is also an actor in the Yoruba movie genre. What makes their union even more interesting is the fact that they are always at peace with each other despite having to share love of one man. AMAC council secretary, Rahmat Abdullahi describes the 'indescribable pain and trauma' experienced after she contracted Coronavirus and infected her daughter

Rahmat Abdullahi, the Council Secretary of Abuja Municipal Area Council revealed that she contracted Covid-19 "in the course of service" and she infected her daughter.   She explained that it was a period of "indescribable pain and trauma".   Thankfully, both mother and daughter are better now and have returned home.   She wrote: "I contracted #COVID19 in the course of service then shared the virus with my daughter. Indescribable pain and trauma... Today, my lovely daughter and I are back home hale and hearty. AlhamduliLlah, and thank you all for your love and prayers. We defeated coronavirus!"

NJC recommends 22 judges to Buhari for appointment to Supreme Court and others

  The National Judicial Council has recommended the appointment of more judges for the Supreme Court and other courts following its second virtual meeting held on August 11 and 12, 2020.   NJC's Director of Information, Mr Soji Oye, said the council presided over by its chairman, who is also the Chief Justice of Nigeria Tanko Muhammad, recommended a total of 22 judicial officers across various courts, including the Supreme Court, following a steady decline in the number of its justices in the last two years.   Four of the nominees were appointed to the Supreme Court   while the others were nominated to other Nigerian courts.   The statement read:  • NJC recommends appointment of four (4) Justices, Supreme Court of Nigeria, three (3) Heads of Court, eleven (11) Judges for State High Courts and four (4) Kadis, of Sharia Court of Appeal; The National Judicial Council under the Chairmanship of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon...
