Wizkid releases new single, "Smile" featuring H.E.R

You're expecting an album? Lol, I'm not too sure we're getting "Made In Lagos" album this month, as Wizkid hinted weeks ago via Twitter.

Nigerian international superstar, Wizkid has released a brand new single titled, "Smile" featuring American songstress, H.E.R.

After a brief break from the music scene, Wizkid returns with a new joint which serves as a follow-up to his previous project, the "Soundman Vol. 1" EP.

Twitter user recounts how a lady suffering from PTSD after her niece got missing, accosted him after seeing him pull his annoyed little niece

A Nigerian man has shared his experience with a lady who stopped on the road to interrogate him after she saw him walking around with his disgruntled niece. According to Twitter user @Ebuka_Eclat, he was walking along the road in Lagos with his niece who was visibly angry when the lady stopped and took her time to inquire who the ''angry child'' was to him. The lady went as far as speaking with the mother of the child to ensure he wasn't about to abduct the child. After her painstaking interview, the lady informed him that her niece was abducted a few years ago and has never been found and that this has made her develop Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD. 21-year-old man arrested for allegedly sodomizing underaged boys in Anambra

Anambra Police arrested a twenty-one-year-old named Obimeze Maduabuchi Augustine, of Ofianta village, Nsugbe, in Anambra East Local Government Area of the state for allegedly having carnal knowledge of two small boys, aged five and seven respectively. A statement from the spokesperson for the state police command, SP Haruna Mohammed, said Obimese was arrested by detectives attached to B' Division, Akwa, following a tip-off. According to the statement, the suspect voluntarily confessed to the crime and blamed his actions on peer group Haruna said the state commissioner of police, CP John B. Abang, had ordered the transfer of the case to the state criminal investigation department (CID) for discreet investigations after which the suspect would be charged to court.

Gunmen abduct Ex-commissioner’s children and NSCDC officer in Zamfara

Several unknown gunmen have abducted the two sons of Bello Dankande, a former Zamfara commissioner alongside an officer of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC). The incident, which took place at Dankande’s residence in Gamji, Bakura local government area of the state on Tuesday August 18, left one person dead and a woman with injuries. Spokesperson of Zamfara state police command, Muhammad Shehu who confirmed the incident said police officers are already on the trail of the kidnappers. A Nigerian doctor, Urey, who just passed out from National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, on Thursday, July 16th, has died. According to report, Urey who was a 2019 Batch B stream 2 corper, was involved in a fatal accident at Onne, Rivers state, on her way returning back home. Reports have it that the trailer lost control which led to the crash with her vehicle. Urey was a graduate of Imo state University, department of Optometry. Gal Pissetzky, the legal representative of suspected Internet fraudster, Ramon Abass, aka Hushpuppi, has said the suspect is on his way to California, United States of America, for trial. He told The PUNCH on Wednesday night that Hushpuppi had not been released as being speculated in some quarters. Pissetzky, a Chicago lawyer, also noted that he was still his lawyer. “He has not been released and I am still his lawyer. He is on his way to California. Two young boys burnt to death over alleged phone theft in Kenya
