Sarz - Memories That Last Forever (EP)

Memories That Last Forever (MTLF) is the first instalment of the result of the intense one-month training for the selected producers of 2018 Sarz Academy session.

The producers were paired with each of the artistes to produce this 6 tracked EP. With each producer exploring varying genres from Afro-pop, House and RnB, Sarz supervises each producer into delivering a top tier production with their dream artistes.

From the female duo both producer and artiste -Dunnie x Niniola- on the house influenced record "Gbewa" to the worldwide pop record by Wizkid "Hold Me," the heavy dancehall number "Global" by Tempoe and Jahblend, the mid-tempo vibe record "Forever" by Sarz and Tiwa Savage to the brutal street pop records "Wa Je" and "Ma Lo Wa" by Dapo Tuburna and Zlatan respectively, MTLF delivers a well-rounded project showcasing the future curators of African sounds.

AMAC council secretary, Rahmat Abdullahi describes the 'indescribable pain and trauma' experienced after she contracted Coronavirus and infected her daughter

Rahmat Abdullahi, the Council Secretary of Abuja Municipal Area Council revealed that she contracted Covid-19 "in the course of service" and she infected her daughter.   She explained that it was a period of "indescribable pain and trauma".   Thankfully, both mother and daughter are better now and have returned home.   She wrote: "I contracted #COVID19 in the course of service then shared the virus with my daughter. Indescribable pain and trauma... Today, my lovely daughter and I are back home hale and hearty. AlhamduliLlah, and thank you all for your love and prayers. We defeated coronavirus!"

BUHARI ADVISED TO SCRAP NDDC AND NEDC BY NORTHERN GROUP

President Muhammadu Buhari-led government has been advised to scrap the Niger Delta Development Commission and the North East Development Commission for allegedly taking advantage of the masses. Isah Abubakar, National President, Northern Youth Council of Nigeria and Chairman, Nigeria Citizen Action Group, in a statement issued on Monday in Kaduna, said, “We advise that Mr President to as a matter of urgency immediately scrap this two commission so as to stop few from taking advantage of the masses.” He also advised the government to merge agencies, Ministries and commissions to cut costs and reduce corruption.   The father of a patient slapped and stabbed the medical doctor who was in charge of his child's case, it has been claimed.   A medical doctor narrated the story on Twitter as he discussed the "hazards" medical doctors are exposed to.   He wrote: "The kind of hazards Drs are exposed to is staggering! In Nigeria, added to the well-known hazards, we have assaults from patient relatives added! A female Dr was slapped and stabbed with a syringe (of unknown origin) in our Children's Emergency by the patient's father. For what?   "The young Registrar on call took a blood sample from the man's child and asked him to take it to the lab. The lab scientists (as they sometimes do) said the sample was inadequate.
