Pastor arrested for raping 10-year-old girl

A 59-year-old Pastor Okedokun Abiodun of the Light Christian Church, Odeda, Ogun State, has been arrested for forcefully defiling a 10 – year old girl.

The victim’s father told the Police that the pastor saw his daughter playing in company of other children and called her to go bring his key for him in the room, but while the girl ran for the key, the pastor followed closely from the rear, shoved her into the bed, covered her mouth with his hands and then raped her.

During interrogation, the suspect confessed to the crime. While the pastor is being detained at the Odeda Police Station, the victim has been taken to the General Hospital in Odeda, for medical attention.

A new mum whose stitches didn't heal for 8 months after childbirth has disclosed what was found in her body when she was referred to another doctor.   The mum said that for 8 months, she was dressing her wounds but it refused to heal. She explained that her doctor didn't take it seriously and kept telling her that it will heal eventually.   She was later referred to another doctor who then told her that something must be in there. She said surgery was scheduled and something that looks like a wire was found in her body.   See below.

Drake breaks Madonna’s record for most US Top 10 hits

Rapper and record producer, Drake has beaten Madonna’s record for the highest number of Top 10 hits in US chart history.   The Canadian born rapper broke the record after his collaboration with DJ Khaled, Popstar polled at No 3 while Greece charted at No 8 this week, bringing his total Top 10 hits to 40 and beating Madonna’s record of 38.   In March, he also broke the record for the most hits in the US Hot 100, at 208 but as at July that tally has now reached 224, aided by his most recent full-length release, Dark Lane Demo Tapes, which came out in May.
