Actress Funmi Awelewa has taken shots at her colleagues tagging her in the ongoing Women Support Women challenge. 

 

The actress who stated that she won't join the challenge, recalled how some of her colleagues wrote her off after she lost everything she worked for in 2019. Funmi also told them not to add her to their friend list because she doesn't have one. 

 

She wrote; 


To Everyone that tagged me, I no dey follow una do “black&white” challenge o
Don’t call me your friend, I don’t have one.

The last time I checked, some of you are just my colleagues.
Many of you write me off when I lost everything I worked for last year.
Year 2019 was colorless and the challenge reminds me of things I left behind.
I only live in COLORS now

My Kid Sis @iambablow is my only friend
Emabinu, I understand the motive of the challenge but ko necessary ke tag me mehn.
Una don help me repost my work before?
Una don call me for job before?
Una don buy my product before?
When I needed help, many of you away from me when I lost my car, house and many things last year. Anyways, I no longer live in black and white.
I only live in COLORS Now!

A Nigerian doctor, Urey, who just passed out from National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, on Thursday, July 16th, has died. According to report, Urey who was a 2019 Batch B stream 2 corper, was involved in a fatal accident at Onne, Rivers state, on her way returning back home. Reports have it that the trailer lost control which led to the crash with her vehicle. Urey was a graduate of Imo state University, department of Optometry. Urey was said to have ‘struggled’ with medical school and finally got out successfully. Friends and family members have taken to social media to pen tributes to her.

  The father of a patient slapped and stabbed the medical doctor who was in charge of his child's case, it has been claimed.   A medical doctor narrated the story on Twitter as he discussed the "hazards" medical doctors are exposed to.   He wrote: "The kind of hazards Drs are exposed to is staggering! In Nigeria, added to the well-known hazards, we have assaults from patient relatives added! A female Dr was slapped and stabbed with a syringe (of unknown origin) in our Children's Emergency by the patient's father. For what?   "The young Registrar on call took a blood sample from the man's child and asked him to take it to the lab. The lab scientists (as they sometimes do) said the sample was inadequate.
